Edzo Goes to the Gutter, Every Time
Just a couple of years ago, Ed Kelly was on a rampage to crush Ricky Walsh as he ran for 7th District Vice President. Edzo was on a mission to get his buddy Ryan Mudie elected. So, he was willing to say anything and everything negative about the candidate running against Mudie, and that competitor was Walsh. Watch this hate-filled, typical Edzo video.
Edzo's mission failed. Ricky won. From what we understand from people close to both, they still despise each other. But in a turn of events that is only explained by personal opportunism, Walsh recently endorsed Edzo.
Ricky is pretending its' a principled stand. As Ricky's friend Eric Lamar likes to say: Ha! No this is the perfect example of Edzo's and Ricky's pursuit of their personal political ambition making them strange bed-fellows. It's all about who Ricky can beat for GP in four years.
Ricky has reportedly told his closest associates that the real reason he's supporting Edzo is he knows Edzo is an idiot (literallly, do you think he's never tested for a promotion in his decades riding that truck?), that he's dirty and that Edzo will crush himself with his poor leadership, his thuggish behavior and his corruption.
Because Ricky wants to be General President, and when Edzo drives our union into the gutter, which is the only place Edzo knows how to operate, Ricky will run against him. But Ricky doesn't want to run against Mitchell or Tracy, because whatever you think about them, they aren't dirty.
For those who have endorsed Edzo, if you want to keep pushing our union into the gutter then you are right on track.
If you are a leader who wants to change the direction of this union after 20 years of the same GP, endorse one of the other candidates.
